Firasa studies faces, voices, and words. That only works on trust, so this policy is written to be read, not skimmed past.
When you choose to take part, your conversation is processed live to read the signals you consented to (your words, and if enabled your voice and face), including any daily check-ins you record. Face analysis runs on your device. What Firasa keeps afterward is the transcript and your read, not raw recordings. We also hold your account basics: name, email, and plan. That is the whole list. We do not buy data about you, track you across other sites, or collect anything in the background.
Your conversation is used for exactly one purpose: computing your profile across the eight dimensions. Firasa does not train any models on your data. We never sell personal data, and we never show your transcripts to other people or organizations, including the ones that invited you. To compute your profile we send your words (and, in voice sessions, your audio) to the specialized AI providers listed below, which process it on your behalf and are contractually barred from training on it or keeping it.
Nothing is captured until you step through the arch: an explicit consent screen that names each signal (video, audio, transcript) before recording begins. Consent is per-session. You can stop any session midway, and a stopped session is discarded, not analyzed.
Firasa is the analyst, but the underlying language and speech models are run by a small set of sub-processors. We use them only to compute your profile, on data-processing terms that prohibit training on your data and require prompt deletion:
Face analysis is not a sub-processor: it runs entirely in your browser. We will update this list before adding any new processor.
Your profile belongs to you, even when an employer, university, or program pays for your seat. Sharing works one way: you grant access to a specific report, to a specific party, and you can revoke it at any time. Revoked links stop working immediately. Organization dashboards only ever contain profiles individuals chose to share, plus anonymized aggregates that cannot be traced back to a person.
We keep your transcripts and profile for as long as your account is active, so your profile can keep deepening. Deleting your profile, or your account, removes your transcripts, reads, and computed results from our systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90. Deletion is available in one click from your profile settings, with no retention tricks and no exit interviews.
Your data is encrypted in transit everywhere it travels, and in production it is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Access inside Firasa is limited to systems, not staff; no employee can casually read user sessions. We test our infrastructure regularly and will notify you promptly if an incident ever affects your data.
Wherever you live, we apply the same baseline: you can access, export, correct, and delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. If your local law (GDPR, CCPA, or similar) grants you more, you have that too. Firasa is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Questions, requests, or concerns about your data: contact us or write to privacy@firasa.ai. If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before it takes effect, in plain language.
