The short version: be yourself, own your profile, and never use a profile against someone without their consent. The longer version follows.
By creating an account or stepping through the arch, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 to use Firasa, and at least 18 to accept an organization invitation tied to hiring.
Firasa produces a descriptive profile of working style, motivation, and fit, built from conversations you consent to. It is decision support, not a decision maker. It is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric instrument, it does not diagnose conditions, and it must not be presented or relied on as if it did. Profiles describe tendencies, not destiny, and no profile is ever the whole of a person.
Keep your credentials to yourself and your information accurate. You may only record conversations of yourself. Recording another person through your account, or impersonating someone in a conversation, is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate termination.
Your conversations and your profile are yours. You grant Firasa only the limited license needed to process your conversation, keep the transcript, and compute your profile. You can export your profile, share it on your own terms, and delete everything as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not use Firasa to read anyone without their knowing, voluntary consent. Do not use profiles as an automatic filter, a sole basis for rejection, or a tool of coercion. Do not attempt to re-identify people from anonymized aggregates, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access. We suspend accounts that treat people as data points.
If you invite candidates, students, or citizens to Firasa, you agree that participation is voluntary, that declining carries no penalty you control, and that you will use shared profiles only for the purpose the individual granted. You see what was shared with you, nothing more, and access ends when the individual revokes it.
Your first profile is free. Plus is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Canceling never affects your ownership of, or access to, profiles already computed. Organization pricing is set by agreement.
Firasa is provided as is, and while we work hard on accuracy, we do not warrant that any profile is complete or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can close your account at any time, and deletion follows the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we change the terms materially, we will notify you before the change takes effect. Questions: contact us or hello@firasa.ai.
